Canadian, Jonny White, acting Head of No.19 Music, is now the lone force behind the influential project that began as a collaborative effort with long-time friend Kenny Glasgow in 2009. AD has taken the immersive and unique style of DJ’ing across the globe, performing at trendsetting international festivals like Movement, Ultra Music Festival, EDC, BPM Festival , Lollapalooza , Coachella and Tomorrowworld to name but a few and has been an ambassador for Ultra’s recent Resistance brand the world over. Their game-changing contribution to the electronic music landscape has been undeniable. Since the project’s inception, art department has performed at nearly 150 events annually on a seemingly never-ending world tour.


After living in New York and in Madrid, he returned to Portugal, where he is already a producer of reference and where he invests in internationalizing the music that does here. We can say that he defends deep sounds, deep tech sonorities with experimental melodies. We can say that this translates into a strong musical personality that reveals itself without equal when Francisco Cardia is in the both. We could say that and much more, but it’s best to come and listen for yourself… Because you’ll surely hear about him.


Well-known in the national electronic scene, Cruz is currently one of the most recurrent names on the line-ups that give birth to national events such as Lisboa Electrónica, Neopop or Et Cetera, regularly visiting some of the most important spots on the national and international clubbing scene, passing through Canada, Brazil, and European capitals like Berlin, London or Amsterdam. Brings over a decade. And he promises to offer us another, well danced and well lived.


As a DJ and Producer Frank Maurel is one of the most notable artists in his country. Founder of Unless Records, he has played an active and important role in the cultural growth of dance music in Portugal, winning the MMC 2010 Career Award. At the age of 15, he started the DJ course at Club Europa, and at the age of 20 he became a resident DJ in the best club of the 90’s, Rock’s. He quickly became one of the most respected Portuguese Djs.


James Ruskin is one of the leading lights in UK techno. With a musical history that can be traced back to mid­80s electro and hip­hop, Ruskin brings a long background and deep knowledge of underground electronic music to his productions and DJing. One of the clubs that James started to play in most regularly was Berlin’s Tresor, where he first performed at his friend Surgeon’s residency. Through this connection, Ruskin was asked to deliver his second album for the label of the same name. In his most recente album, Ruskin explored with a variety of tempos and beat structures on ‘TheDash’ and It’s his best long player to date.


Kokeshi is one of Heartbreakerz’s halves and part of Flow Records. Jams, hip-swinging, head-banging are the tricks she knows by heart with multiple selections that go from deep to prog in the techno universe. She began in 2002 and premiered in the booth of the iconic Paradise Garage in Lisbon, the following year she went from the most intimate booths of the country, to the big stages, the partnerships and the international posters. From the London underground to the eclectic Norwegian public, from the Parisian refined to the rebellious of Ibiza Kokeshi is conquering the dance floors.


Man born near the sea, therefore cut to subsist, Magazino is present since the bing bang of electronic dance music of the 90s. Accompanied to the rhythm of the four by four built career based on a solid musical knowledge, reinforced by his production and edit work. As an absolute result, he mobilizes public with him and behind is collective and label bloop recordings. Wise and watching closely the evolution of the times, he’s safe harbor for those who dance and an unshakable reference to his peers.


As DJ Awards’ 2016 Electronic Live Performer, Matador is a revolutionary live artist with a shining reputation for versatility, whilst never compromising on quality. Accolades have been showered on the Dublin-born producer, from proud ambassador of the NEVE 5088 Console, and Richie Hawtin’s PLAYDifferently MODEL1 mixer, his tenure as an ENTER resident at their worldwide events, to his consistent spot in RA’s Live Artist poll, bringing him rapid worldwide acclaim and a devoted worldwide fan base of clubbers and peers alike. Still thirsty for new worlds to conquer, Matador, aka Gavin Lynch, recently took on a new role as label boss for his RUKUS imprint.


Paul Ritch’s productions and performances, characterised by his powerful and harmonic techno with a touch of pure emotive soul, represent his true signature sound – the one that has projected him to global recognition.
